Challenges
Project goal – adjust and implement Documents and Information Management System. After implementing the Documents and Information Management System procedures related to handling and exchange of documents and information conveyance are going to become more efficient.
Major functions of the implemented system:
- Arrangement of paper documents – an option to scan, distribute and archive paper documents;
- Issuance of electronic documents – quick and each issuance of documents by using templates;
- Distribution of electronic documents – sharing and a long-term storage;
- Preview of electronic documents – preview in internet environment by using MS Office integrated software;
- Management existence cycle – from issuance of a document or uploading to transmission for execution, archiving or deletion;
- Resolution allocation – resolution allocation for the execution of tasks, indication of the terms and executors.
Documentation arrangement audit – registration of all actions and execution monitoring and reminding by e-mail messages.
