Challenges

Major system goals are to establish and implement the solution based on EMC Documentum eRoom technologies in the management of projects and other business processes, such as:trade, logistics, finance, management of human resources and management of communications with customers. EMC Documentum eRoom solution has been successfully adjusted to our client for developing the medicine licensing registration process.

After implementation of the system a problem regarding inefficient co-ordination of the activities of the remote authorized company divisions (offices) in the trade, human resources and other spheres has been solved. After the implementation of the system favourable conditions have emerged for the divisions of the company to submit and obtain information more efficiently as well as to have qualitative internal communication, better dissemination of internal information among the divisions.

During the project implementation technical equipment, network structure, mandatory to the system has been prepared, appropriate software has been installed. Framework software and other mandatory software parts have been configured.

Additional system documents control functions have been developed and implemented as well as devices for the submission of information messages.

ERC technological solution

EMC Documentum eRoom solution integrated with EMC Documentum Content Server has been selected for the management of projects and arrangement of other business information.

Technological solution has been adjusted to harmonious operation with EMC Captiva scanning software.

Results

Solution, optimizing project management and other business processes, has been developed by EMC technologies.
