It is not purely words – we actually put it into practice. Thus, from March 2010 we are launching PROJECT 12, each month to highlight one of our values. ERP is determined to declare its values so that nobody has any doubts WHY, HOW and for WHAT SAKE we work.

PROJECT 12:

  • corporate events to address values
  • value-based events and greetings to partners
  • corporate spirit that matches the values.

Why do we need it? Our company is a team of individuals, believing that we will feel good only when everybody feels good. They say, “Do not treat others as you would not like to be treated”. We say, “Treat others as you would like to be treated”.

PROJECT 12 is starting off. The first month – March – is for Lithuania. We are proud we are a Lithuanian company. We are happy that 20 years ago the Lithuanian independence was reinstated. April is for Environmental protection, May – for Family, June and July – for Sports.

Balandis04 - Aplinka

April is traditionally the month of cleanliness when everybody cleans their environment.

ERP thinks that cleanliness is more than the picking up of garbage that accumulated during winter. Cleanliness is a way of life ensuring that our environment is continuously clean.

Thus, not only will we clean our work places, but will also make our best to generate less garbage by saving paper and using reusable PROJECT 12 bags; we will try to pollute our environment less by saving electricity and riding bicycles. ERP will seek universally clean environment.

These are our efforts to ensure less garbage around us, less polluted air, and eventually – clear thoughts and communication.

In May we greet mothers – the soul of family, therefore, this month is announced a month of family.

No one would dispute that a family is a foundation – a support in any activities, an inspiration for self-expression, and a source of fortitude. It is one of the biggest values in the world around us, so, there can never be too much of respect and attention. The intention of our organization is to emphasize the importance of a family and highlight its significance in life of ERP members. A strong family inspires us for successful activities.

Birželis06 - Sportas

June and July are the months when the entire world watches one of the biggest sports events on earth. For that reason ERP announces that sports is the key value of our company during this period.

It is wildly known that sports unite and gather people for a common goal. Moreover, it helps to sustain a strong, healthy and harmonic personality.

Liepa06 - Sportas

The ERP team is a group of people, successfully cultivating a wide range of sports themselves and willing to support the other athletes. ERP is the general sponsor of HC „Vilnius“(handball), FLC „Vilnius UV“ (floorball), Lithuanian national Men`s handball team. We are constantly looking for new and interesting fields, therefore, we try to get to know such sports like kitting, roller-skating. One of the main goals of the company is to encourage a healthy lifestyle and strive to implement the idea of "car-free town center."

Sport helps us to stay fit and healthy in our bodies and mind.

Liepa06 - Sportas

Time cannot be bought, stored or earned; therefore, time is an exceptionally high value. Unfortunately, inexhaustible time resources tend to finish very fast for energetic and active people. It sounds paradoxical but we usually lack time for the things closest to our hearts; thus meaningful time allocation and planning in the modern dynamic environment are relevant to everyone.

Our company intensively designs technological solutions intended for the optimisation of clients’ business processes – for achieving time savings and ensuring more efficient operations. We understand the significance of organisation while working; therefore, ERP announces time as the Value of the Month of August – we will concentrate on effective time planning and seek for a healthy balance between work and rest.

Our company is oriented towards the improvement of processes, innovations and development of society, therefore, science for our community is a great and natural value.

Since continuous improvement and progress is achieved through science, we declare SCIENCE to be the great value of this month. September, traditionally, is the beginning of a new academic year; therefore, ERP Company is going to be particularly focused on the importance of self-training, continuous studies, and acquisition of knowledge. 

We will go deep into the meaning of various types of science, including history, since far-sighted and clear-sighted decisions as well as successful prospective works are subject to us being strong in our past. That is precisely why ERP joined „2000 Kilometer of History“ Project (for more information, please visit http://2000kmistorijos.lt/).

Spalis10 - Atsakomybė

We announce October the month of responsibility. During our eight years of operation we have been driven by our goal and clearly chosen priorities as we feel responsible for the quality and outcomes of our business. To ensure this the company invests regularly into staff development, now boasting a team of top-qualified and certified professionals.

Open and not preoccupied with our internal needs, we express social awareness and responsibility for environmental and social impact through various support projects of historic and cultural relevance and through contributions to social assistance campaigns which are important to our country and to the neighbouring states with emphasis on special public needs.

lapkritis11 - Kultūra

Culture is the key value of November. Corporate ethics is essential for ones who want to reach success but this month we attempt to emphasize that culture is one of the most important thing that shapes a personality: traditions, arts, music, language, culinary culture - all this is important to our self-education and inner- culture. That is why we pay so much attention to various cultural areas in November.

Working internationally we are spreading our national culture and working ethics in foreign countries and meanwhile discovering other cultures and expand our horizons.

Our value of the month is all in one: a system, a slogan, a methodology, called „Getting Things Done". This month we emphasize how important it is to plan your work systematically and to be highly concentrated on the objectives, so that the efforts would lead to expected results.

It seems that difficult tasks require special resources, time, favorable circumstances, but the efficiency is mostly dependent on the personal will. Professional is one that knows how to plan time in order to reach desired outcomes by personal effort in any circumstances. Our team knows the best ways and makes every effort to ensure that client's needs get satisfied.

sausis 01 - Optimizmas

Optimism is the value of January. As the end of the year approaches, we often get ambivalent feelings: on the one hand, we are surged up with energy and it seems as if we will be able to move mountains next year, on the other hand, we feel the fatigue that has been gathering all year round.

New works need new strength and it comes from optimistic mood, clear priorities, and great plans.

When declaring optimism to be the great value of the month, we are not trying to say that it is enough to have positive thinking and result will come without any effort. We work hard ourselves and face serious challenges, but awareness that we can achieve any goal, if we work focused as a team, makes us in optimistic spirits.
