"Lemming SAP - Human Resource Management Solution" can be very closely integrated with your SAP, Dynamics NAV/AX, Scala or any other business management system or operate as a stand-alone installation as well.

The human recourse management solution comprises three major parts: personnel, working time and wages management.
Personnel
- Organisational structures. The possibility of creating the existing and/or future organisational structure of the company. The quantity of organisational structures is not limited in the system. Separate structural units have validity periods;
- About 30 different classifiers related to employees;
- All employee information, including validity periods. The system actively uses the concept of versioned fields which helps store the values of fields that are relevant with respect to time together with validity terms. A basic example – an employee’s surname is stored with validity terms; after the employee’s surname has changed, reports for previous periods containing the employee’s actual surname are generated;
- The possibility to record the legal basis of each entry. The system includes the legal base subsystem which enables to specify the legal basis (order no., date, or basis) for any change of important information. In addition, if the number of order is known, all entries related to this particular order may be found in the system;
- A flexible document generation subsystem. The possibility for the user to independently prepare an MS WORD template, the marked fields of which would be automatically completed by the system. It is relevant when generating various orders or similar documents;
- Verification of the correctness of information according to applicable legal acts. The system provides for a great number of different checks under the legal acts such as duration of continuous work, obligatory rest, quantity of overtime, non-taxable portion of income, and other controls;
- The job planning module;
- The training module. It enables to plan and observe training for a group of employees. To record the amount allocated to training next to the employee information;
- The vacation planning module. It allows planning and observing vacations for a group of employees;
- The employee self-service portal. The possibility for the company’s employee to log into the system, to view his or her updated information, wages history, and, depending on the granting of the rights, to correct one’s personal card fields (for example, the address, telephone number), to complete a time-board, to print a payslip, to review detailed additional payment or deduction information, to plan vacations, to review vacation and sick-leave history, etc.;
- The manager’s portal. It is analogous to the employee’s portal; however, depending on the established rights, the manager could view relevant information about his or her subordinates, approve their time-cards, vacations, etc.;
- The reminder module. The module which ensures that designated persons receive electronic notices of certain events accounted for in the system (for instance, approaching birthdays, expiration of the trial period, expiration of the fixed-term contract, etc.).
Working time
